SPARK is a small, deliberate studio in Karad running strategy, film, editorial and design for campaigns across politics, public interest and brand. If craft, curiosity and long hours on the road excite you — read on.

Inside SPARK · Karad, Maharashtra
A studio built on stubborn craft.
We are not an agency. We are a compact bench of specialists who believe strategy, story and craft are the same discipline.
Strategy first, always.
We resist campaigns that start with an execution. We start with a question — sometimes for weeks — until the narrative is unmistakable.
Craft over volume.
We ship less than most studios and hold every frame, line and layout to a stubborn standard. The bar is the work.
Ground beats desk.
Our best work has come from the road — 36 districts, unguarded moments, real voices. We fund fieldwork and reward it.
Roles we're hiring right now.
Strategist
You'll design campaign strategies from insight to execution — reading ground-level shifts, framing narratives that move audiences, and steering the studio's most ambitious briefs.
- Lead strategy for political, brand and public-interest campaigns
- Translate research into sharp, testable communications hypotheses
- Partner with film, editorial and design leads to ship integrated work
- Own client narratives — from first workshop to post-launch measurement
- Instinct for public opinion, media ecosystems and cultural undercurrents
- A written portfolio — decks, memos, op-eds — that shows how you think
- Comfort with ambiguity and long-horizon problems
Video Editor
You'll cut films that carry weight — campaign documentaries, political explainers, brand stories and social-first edits — with a feel for pacing, silence and craft.
- Edit long-form documentaries, campaign films and short-form social cuts
- Work closely with cinematographers on-set and in review
- Own the timeline: sound design, colour handoff, motion graphics briefs
- Ship publish-ready masters across broadcast, YouTube, Instagram and X
- Command of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (both preferred)
- A showreel with at least one long-form story you cut end-to-end
- Care for sound as much as picture
Graphic Designer
You'll shape how SPARK campaigns look — from typographic identity systems to daily social posts, campaign collateral and editorial layouts. Craft over volume, always.
- Design campaign identities, decks, posters, editorial pieces and social sets
- Build and extend visual systems across print and digital
- Collaborate with strategy and film on titles, lower thirds and stills
- Push against templated 'agency' aesthetics — hold a high visual bar
- Fluency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop; motion (After Effects) a plus
- A portfolio that shows range — identity, editorial, campaign posters
- Serious typographic instincts
Content Writer
You'll write across the studio — campaign copy, long-form editorials, scripts, op-eds, social threads — in Marathi and/or English. Newsroom instincts are a big plus.
- Write campaign copy, film scripts, press notes and long-form pieces
- Interview sources; report from the ground when needed
- Adapt one story into ten voices — thread, reel script, editorial, deck
- Hold the studio's editorial standards on every line that ships
- Strong writing samples in Marathi and/or English
- Journalistic curiosity — you chase the story, not the brief
- A point of view on politics, culture or public affairs
Cinematographer
You'll shoot on the road — campaigns, interviews, ground-reporting films, drone-led coverage. The kind of work that demands both cinematic composure and quick reflexes.
- Own camera, lensing and lighting on shoots — solo and with crew
- Shoot documentaries, campaign spots, interviews and reels
- Direct field crew and coordinate with drone operators
- Handle rushes, backups and handoff to the edit bay
- Cinema camera fluency (Sony FX / Blackmagic / Canon C-series or equivalent)
- A reel with at least one field-driven documentary or campaign
- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra and beyond
