How SPARK handles your recruitment data.

This notice is issued by Hello Technologies & Innovations Pvt Ltd, trading as SPARK — Strategy, Planning, Analytics, Research & Knowledge — with its office at Koyanavasahat, Malkapur, Karad, Maharashtra.

We are the data controller for the information described below. That means we decide why it is collected and how it is used, and we are accountable for it.

We only collect what we need to assess an application. Nothing here is bought from third parties or gathered without your knowledge.

We do not ask for government ID numbers, bank details, or documents of that kind at the application stage. If you are offered a role, we will ask separately and tell you why.

• To assess whether your skills and experience fit the role advertised.
• To contact you about your application — by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To arrange interviews and review your portfolio.
• To keep a record of our hiring decisions.

We do not use your application data for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list because you applied.

When you submit a form or message us about a role, you are giving us your consent to process the information for that purpose. We also have a legitimate interest in assessing candidates for positions we are recruiting for.

You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at the address in section 09. Withdrawing consent means we stop considering your application.

Inside SPARK, your application is seen only by the people involved in hiring for that role.

Outside SPARK, your data passes through the service providers we use to run recruitment:

• Meta Platforms — when you submit an Instant Form or message us on WhatsApp, Meta processes that data under its own terms.
• Google — our longer application form runs on Google Forms, and responses are stored in Google Workspace.

We do not sell your data, share it with recruiters or agencies, or pass it to any client of ours.

We may disclose information where the law requires it.

If you are not selected, we keep your application for 12 months so we can consider you for similar roles, then delete it. If you would rather we delete it immediately, tell us and we will.

If you join SPARK, your application becomes part of your employment record and is kept under our employment record policy.

Application data is kept in access-controlled accounts, limited to the people who need it for hiring. We review who has access when people join or leave the hiring team.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data and puts you at risk, we will tell you.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
• delete your application data;
• stop using your data while a complaint is resolved.

Write to the address in section 09 and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

If we change how we handle application data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. The version in force is the one published here when you apply.
